The former headquarters of the publicly traded Selective Insurance Group stood empty for years after the company relocated.
We recognized the building’s potential and irreplaceable location off a major highway, and purchased the asset with an eye towards attracting strong tenants seeking modern office space in a suburban setting.
After completing a total renovation of the building, we signed several national tenants, including a publicly traded company.
Occupancy now stands at 100%, and the 1395 Building stands out as a destination for professionals working in suburban settings.
